The Customer’s Complaint Unit within the Compliance Division is responsible for processing customer’s complaints effectively to support the bank’s strategy of providing exceptional customer services and maintaining distinguished relations with customers while enhancing banking products and services provided to customers and protecting the distinguished reputation of the bank.  Answering customer inquires shall not fall within the scope of the Customer Complaint Unit.
