  • The Business Development Center or the Productivity Enhancement Centers – Irada does not bear any responsibility regarding any financial and contractual obligations between the bank and the project owner, and they do not have any powers to assist in obtaining any financing from the banks.
  • The Association of Banks is the body responsible for receiving any comments and following up with commercial and Islamic banks.
  • Passing all stages of the program does not mean guaranteeing obtaining the loan, as the application is subject to Cairo Amman Bank’s own policy and its decision of the feasibility of the project.
  • The national self-employment program has the right to reject any application proved to be with incorrect information provided by the owner.
  • The applicant must be of Jordanian nationality and holding a national ID number.
  • The applicant should be aged between 18-45.
  • To have a productive, serving, or pioneering project idea that should be filled clearly with its economic and social impact on the local community.
  • To have an existing productive, serving, or pioneering project from all sectors that is not older than 5 years in case it was registered with the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
  • The prototype should be filled out and completed.
  • The detailed form should be filled out and completed.
  • The national ID information must match the information filled out in the prototype.
  • To attach a copy (front and back) of the national ID with the prototype.
  • To attach a personal photo with the prototype.
  • To attach a copy of the company’s commercial registration in case the registered company has been owned for over 5 years.
  • To fill out the national ID number correctly in the prototype.
  • To fill out the email correctly in the prototype.
  • To fill out the mobile number correctly and an alternate number for contacting purposes.
  • Upon successful completion of the prototype, the detailed form should be filled out within 2 weeks.
  • To fill out the detailed form in a serious manner.
  • Clearance of any unresolved financial issues as per Cairo Amman Bank’s requirements.
  • Pass the technical interview without having any notes from the expert that requires apology, therefore the interview should be taken seriously and committedly.
  • Jordanian nationality.
  • Age: 18-45.
  • Distinguished startups from all sectors.
  • Small and medium enterprises not more than 5 years old from all sectors.
  • Holds a training certificate in entrepreneurship and/or a certificate in project management from accredited institutions.
  • To have over 5 years of experience in the field of the project’s idea after providing us with an experience certificate.
  • Existing projects that are more than 3 years old and whose owner has experience, in addition to a successful track record.
  • The applicant who has these qualifications is subject to all the terms and conditions of the program, including the technical interview, for final acceptance.
  • Passing all phases of the program does not mean guaranteeing obtaining the loan, as the application is subject to Cairo Amman Bank’s own policy and its decision of the feasibility of the project.
  • Obtaining a statement of joining “Inhad” program.
  • A copy of the borrower’s national ID.
  • Certificate of registration of the company or sole proprietorship and professions license.
  • Economic feasibility study for the project.
  • Any documents that the bank deems necessary to take its credit decision.
  • The bank may request a credit-acceptable guarantor based on an evaluation of the project’s data and feasibility.
  • The bank may mortgage the movable and immovable assets owned by the project.
  • The program does not include consumer and personal loans.
  • The bank may request a cash contribution of a maximum of 20% for loans with value exceeding 30,000 JODs.
  • The maximum loan amount is 250,000 JODs, provided that its value is not less than 5,000 JODs.
  • Term loans are granted over a maximum period of 7 years, including a grace period not exceeding one year as a maximum.
  • The disbursement of loans is in installments according to the progress of work and the disbursement documents submitted to the project.
  • The bank may not change the interest rate after granting and for the duration of the loan.
  • According to the instructions of the Central Bank of Jordan, in the event of applying for an easy loan, the bank will inquire about the applicant’s credit history through the Jordan Credit Bureau, Crif, and/or any entity that provides this service. The bank and the Jordan Credit Bureau are without any responsibility for “Inhad” program and any of the partners and following up on the bank’s observations is by communicating with the Jordanian Banks Association.
  • Please note that the procedures and speed of completion of the transaction depend on the bank and its conditions, and the implementation period may reach 60 working days in the event of delay in completing the required documents without any responsibility on “Inhad” program and any of the partners.
  • It must be reported in the case of an existing loan, as it is taken into account when making a credit decision.
  • Please note that some sectors with high risks have a weak chance of financing (such as traditional agriculture, livestock farming).
  • The program does not include consumer and personal loans.
  • The interest rate on the loan is 3.5%-4.5%, reducing.
  • A cash contribution is not required for loans with value less than 30,000 JODs.
  • The bank may request a cash contribution of a maximum of 20% for loans with value exceeding 30,000 JODs.
  • “Inhad” program or any of the partners is not responsible for any decision of the loan applicant to lease, purchase, or contract with any party before the final approval of the bank and the signing of contracts.
  • The initial approval of the bank does not mean a guarantee of obtaining the easy loan, as the request is subject to the bank’s own policy and its decision of the feasibility of the project, and the loan is not implemented until all contracts are signed and all the required documents are provided.
